Did you know you could be friends with your landlords?!!? Me either until I started living in one of the Deitz rental houses a few years ago.

When I was planning to move to Dallas I was looking for housing for months and months and months and nothing opened up until a month before I was planning to move. Emily told me to reach back out in the spring as they were in the process of purchasing a new rental home. I texted her at the end of April, she replied and said, “You have such perfect timing. We just closed on the property today…” It felt like God bought a house just for me.

Seth and Emily are so intentional about sowing into the lives of the girls that live in their rental homes. I have learned so much from them - from business, to relationships, spicy uno, loving the Lord in every area of our lives. It is a massive honor to photograph their growing family.
